There’s really to many options to list here, we can create a really big bang on the dance floor with a 5-12 piece band that can include keyboard, horns and multiple vocalists with powerhouse harmonies for the ultimate event experience OR we can tone it down and play very intimate acoustic music. All Day Band (4-12 piece)
This package can include smooth jazz band or acoustic artist for the day up until the reception and then full tilt party, add more players for more dance vibe Includes:
- Pre-processional

Half Day Acoustic or Jazz (Duo, Trio or Band)
This package can include two acoustic guitars, two vocalists (male & female) and/or bass, percussion, keys Includes:

a song of your choice - Cocktail hour
acoustic guitars and harmony or jazz trio - This option is great for if you want a live band to begin and to have a DJ at your reception.

Acoustic Ceremony
An example of a ceremony half day run sheet:
10-10.30am Band sets up
3.00pm Guests start to arrive. Drinks served to guests. Background music starts acoustic duo contemporary of classics, vocal and/or acoustic guitars (depending on location can be roaming)
3.30pm Down the isle. A song of your choosing, that represents your union to play down the Isle.
3.45pm Signing then Ceremony concludes. An upbeat and energetic acoustic celebration song.
4.30pm Bridal party have their photos taken & cocktails & canapés to be served to guests. Cocktail hour acoustic songs.
5.45pm Guests make their way to their seat if you are having a seated dinner Acoustic Musicians Finish
Funk, Soul & Jazz Band Wedding
An example of an all day run sheet: A cool jazz sophisticated cocktail hr with a full blown soul/funk dance band to end
10-10.30am Band sets up
3.00pm Guests start to arrive. Drinks served to guests. Background music starts cool jazz acoustic, vocal and bass or trio (depending on location can be roaming)
3.30pm Down the isle. A song of your choosing, that represents your union to play down the Isle.
3.45pm Signing then Ceremony concludes. An upbeat and energetic acoustic celebration song.
4.30pm Bridal party have their photos taken & cocktails & canapés to be served to guests. Cocktail hour jazz band begins. Can include horns & piano plus jazz standards for a sophisticated feel.
5.45pm Guests make their way to their seat if you are having a seated dinner
6.00pm Mains are served. Can have softer jazz music for the dinner hour so guests can talk. Can be instrumental or with vocal.
6.30pm Speeches to be made and presentation of wedding cake
7.00pm Wedding cake to be served (this can be swapped to after the first dance, but we like it this way because guests will want to get up and dance as soon as the bride and groom are dancing)
7.30pm First dance. A song of your choosing to launch the dance and celebration or we can choose for you.
7.45pm Reception 1st set of music begins Straight after the first dance a set of soul/funk music to get everyone dancing.
8.30pm Musician break playlist music cued.
8.45pm Set of music until 10pm Another longer set of soul/funk music to keep everyone dancing. Let us know if you have any guest or family who plays an instrument or sings and who’d like to do a special performance with backing band. Finish with a togetherness song for the warm and fuzzy conclusion.
10-10.30pm Music to be turned off and bar closed bus/cars arrive for guests to make the way to the after party
Folk Country Band Wedding
An example of an all day run sheet: A contemporary folk cocktail hr with a foot stomping country feel dance band to end

3.00pm Guests start to arrive. Drinks served to guests. Background music starts acoustic duo contemporary folk or country, vocal and acoustic guitar (depending on location can be roaming)
3.30pm Down the isle. A song of your choosing, that represents your union to play down the Isle.
